Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important at Bella Always and are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hours notice.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving timely notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that spot to clients who are on the waiting list.
In order to best serve everyone, our cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby clients of any availability.
Notifications given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.
Failure to show up, or “no call, no show” for your appointment, will result a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
